3 Reasons Why Fitness is Important

Hello everyone, in this post I’m going to give my top 3 reasons why fitness is important.

  1. Heath Facts-So it’s been medically proven that doing any kind of cardio or weight training helps to prevent type 2 diabetes, stroke, metabolic syndrome, controls weight gains and lowers high blood pressure. I can go on and on of how many great benefits there are to working out. If you took 30 min out of your day to do simple exercises even if all you can do is take a walk with the family, or your dog, it’s amazing how it can take you out of a bad mood to helping you think clearer.
  2. Strength/Muscle Gainz-Naturally lifting any object helps you to get stronger, but do you know what is going on inside every time you lift? So let me break it down. When you introduce negative weight lifting to the body, let’s say you’re doing one arm bicep curl and you’re doing about 5-10 reps, each time your arm goes down, what you’re doing is stretching the fibers in your bicep and tearing down tiny muscles to create newer/larger muscle. Why are you sore after 12-24 hours? Like I mentioned before, this happens from the breakdown of “older” muscles groups. Your body will automatically regenerate new muscles. So in the next time you work out that particular muscle group, you will not be as sore. If you’re not lifting weights, and you’re performing cardio, the same breakdown of the muscle tissues goes through the same regeneration.
  3. Increase in Stamina/Sex Life-So if you ran for 15 min on Mon, then on Wed, you push yourself to run 25 min and Fri you push it to 35 min. See where I’m going with this? The more you push the limit, the more you build up a high tolerance of stamina. Yes, this also goes for weight training, swimming or bicycle riding. It doesn’t matter what type of high intensity workout you do. As long as you’re doing something that you can constantly and consistently push and test your body. The reward is how you will perform in bed. In this world, there’s a pill for everything. Even to improve your sex life. But why take pills when you can pick up an activity? Did you know by running, rollerblading even baseball can boost your beta-endorphins? Yes, indeed it can and will. So if you want to spice things up in your sex life, go workout. The list goes on and on of the many benefits of working out, it is up to you if you want a better heathier life.

I've been unhealthy and unfit for some time. I just don't have the time for exercise.

It's been on my mind for some time now; if I can make my dream come true, which is to quit my job to do affily marketing full-time, then I will most definitely join a gym and work out 3 times a week (to begin with).

Once I have built my cardio back up, I would love to keep fit either through martial arts, or dancing, or both!
