I think it's be a great way to express emotion and spread some more positive energy around! :D
Kyle, carson, can we get emojis on the site?!

Wordpress has some emojis included already, not many, but there are.
For having more, you will need a plugin to your WordPress website giving you this option.
However, emojis are funny to use in comments, but you should avoid them in your content as you lower your seriousness of your content you write.
In the chat, just use the :) ;) =) and so on. ;-)

Hi Stefan, thanks for your reply.
I actually meant to use in the wealthy affiliate platform. In comments and the such. I just feel that they are more powerful and diversified than the basic type ones.
Language is great but it has it's limitations on the screen!
True, it will be up to WA if they are willing to program this and include it in their website, which is not WordPress.
That is not that easy, because of the size of services programmed here already. Long testing and making sure the site will not crash and and and...
Hope that answers your questions.
You can always email Kyle and ask him. :)

Ok so I purchased a domain and partially set up a website with wordpress.com before finding wealthy affiliate. Now, this is going to be my main project and I would like to tran
If you bought your domain at a registrar like Godaddy, yes you have to wait some time until they release the domain and you can get the code to transfer to WA
I brought the domain from within wordpress. Do I still have to wait to import it into WA sitrubix?
I don't know how it works buying from WP but when you buy a domain at Godaddy, you need to wait until 6 months before they approve moving your site to another registrar giving you a code to do this way. Before this time you can't get such code to move into WA
My understanding is that this will not be possible. A Wordpress.com site is owned by Wordpress and remains on their server.
You need to research how to set up a Wordpress site on your own domain (which you will need to purchase).
To learn about this you can go to Wordpress.org, or you could set up a free site here using SiteRubix, but this would only be another temporary measure, like Wordpress.com.
The news is not all bad, as you can take whatever content you have already published and put it onto your new site, as long as you delete from the original site.
I hope this helps.
You buy the domain over there it’s usually around 13 -14 dollars depending on where you live then all you’re stuff loaded to your domain you own then you transfer it here but before you do only pay for one year ,as they well change a renewal fee when you transfer here , I looked into it I’m transferring one of my ecomm Wordpress over here and it will cost again the 14 dollar but it will be good for two years here with all your stuff Intact and you own your domain you may pay twice but you won’t lose all your work
I stand corrected and apologise if my incorrect answer caused any grief.
Thank you @RobertLeier2 for showing the error of my ways.
No was not trying to come across like that I had to look into the same situation and that was the only remedy I could find had lots of work put in site did not want to loss it would have been awful, you know how much work these things take I thought I was lost .
That's the great thing about how we can all learn from each other. I might well go back to one or two of my old wordpress.com sites and see if there is anything I can salvage. I really believed they were bound there for all time, so thanks for the fruits of your research.
Hi John, thanks for taking your time to reply either way. I did actually purchase my own domain with wordpress, but luckily I haven't put too much work onto it yet. The thing is I want to be able to use that domain within WA but I think I might have to wait to do this.
Thanks for your reply Rob. I am aware of the domain transfer within siterubix but it's asking me for a verification code. When I try to transfer it from within Wordpress, i'm told that I have to wait 60 days because of some law. My question was if anybody knew of a work around to avoid this wait as I want to get things organised in one place now to simplify things for myself.
Go to site Rubix and on that page about half way down you will see site domain go in there and there is a label domain transfer to WA it’s simple from there hope that helps
I am still a newbie here. I would like to know the answer to this question too. Don't worry, other members will help you very soon.
