Well, as it is right now it's just a forum for people who like to think and want to have meaningful intellectual discussions about various topics.
Technically, you can just add categories of different topics. But from a content perspective, you'll need to integrate it and keep it congruent.

I think if you put this keyword (discussions forum) into WA keyword tool you will get some interesting keywords and based on this you can choose some specific topics to add to your site. You can also write some content related to the topic of forums in general. Such as why we need forums, why people go to these sites, what forums give us, etc.
