OK, so the important links is a widget on the sidebar right? What type of widget is it?
What I'd do is use the Navigation Menu widget and create a new menu and add both of those under that menu and just title the menu widget Important Links.

I built my first when site today. All was going well and it looked Great and it displayed the name I requested. Then it said to pick another theme. The was in Calibra I believe
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but you can go into Wordpress, then go to:
Appearance --> Customize
Then click Site Identity.
Then make sure your site name is in the box and "Hide Site Title" is unchecked.

Yes, Site Support is located via the Help Center.
If you're needing to have a website issue resolved, suggest you will need to initiate the request complete with the specific details of your concerns include the url(s) and a screenshot would be helpful for them to act promptly on your request ...
their service is normally right on awesome and prompt!
Thank you Keisha, May I ask you a question. How do you take s screen shot on a PC(Non Apple product) ?? I still have one foot in the Tar pits LOL. I appreciate your help and anyone in the community.
ok -- sure -- i work on a pc with windows (frankly, i consider myself somewhat of a gidget with tech)
i can only say of how i take them -- in the url bar across the top -- there are three lil' dots *** to the right -- click and then see 'take a screenshot' and work it through that way by following the prompts and framing what you want a shot of -- save it, and then paste with the ctrl+v ... and that should do it ...
hope that helps you a wee bit ... all the best, cheerio ... :)
Tech support would be a good place to ask.. I’m new and just learning .. but they will know how to assist you

Hi,

Hi David! Stephanie is right. You're looking for low-competition keywords with 400 or lower. (Ideally, the lower, the better, even below 100).
In Jaaxy, you want to look at QSR. QSR stands for quoted search results. If you were to go into Google and type your keyword you mentioned with quotes around it, you would see that the results are much, much less.
Of course, people don't search that way, it's just a way to show you a more realistic view of the actual competition. A lot of the 3 million + results aren't real competition because the content isn't actually related.
Google just sticks it in there because it's sort of close enough.
I hope that helps!

Hi David!!
If you want to have a little more knowledge on how well your targeted keyword is ranking, you can access the “research” option on your side bar. After you click on it, at the top you will see the jaaxy keyword search. Type in your keyword and see how it’s ranking. Keep an eye on “Avg” which is the amount of people searching monthly for that keyword, also keep an eye on “QSR” which is the amount of competition you have.
Also, if I’m not mistaking, the Avg needs to be 30-60 and up and QSR is preferable to be 100 and lower/no more than 300
I left some images below. Hope this helps!
