Finishing lesson ten feels really good!

Way back in the late 1990's my Mom had serious health concerns so my wife and I brought Mom to live with us. I spent a LOT of time making her comfortable but there was a lot of free time to fill. Since computers were starting to be a "thing" for the home office I took a course through my local community college in web design. I actually took several semesters of these classes and had what I considered a good level of accomplishment.

Hand coding everything in HTML was fun for me at that time and I still do some of that these days BUT... what I see being taught here makes creating a website so easy and one that will actually attract traffic is simply AWESOME. Those of you who might read this and never coded a page or pages simply don't know how good you've got it. Study, follow ALL the steps in the training as you're building skills that can make you wealthy many times over. That probably has something to do with why they call this program... Very well said, David.
Thank you for sharing this.
Best wishes.

I agree David, I started out online when every page had to be manually coded and even the designs of the themes were required to be built using Photoshop and image slicing.

As I say to folks here that are new to building websites, what someone can accomplish in 30 seconds in today's tech world, took me over 30 days when I started out online back in 2002!

Boy, do I remember cutting up images to get them on the page. On my 'military retiree' page - http://milret.daveylee.com there's an Eagle on a Red, White and Blue ribbon. That image is composed of 36 individual images in a table. Check the coding!
I'm excited to do Level 2, lesson 6 where you'll teach me how to properly insert images in my blog. It really looks bland without any graphics.
