It appears that there have been changes in your Google Analytics settings, affecting the way it functions. To resolve this, you could try reviewing your settings again and opt out of any automatic changes that may have occurred. This might help restore the features you had before.

There's a new series here from Jay after the July update. Beginners Guide to Reading GA4 Data
Hi guys, I am beginning to grow frustrated with how long it takes for my blog posts to get indexed on google. This is especially irritating when I find a topic that no one else
I had the issue a while back that only two thirds of my posts were indexed much less ranked by Google. In search console you can type in the url and request indexing. You can do this multiple times and it does work. I've got 78 posts on my site and ALL are indexed now. After requesting it all happened very quickly. I do this immediately after I create a new post
Hey David,
DR and DA have very little to do with the speed of indexing.
In fact, a site can still have a very low DR/DA and be considered an authority on a specific topic.
Therefore, it will still index and RANK within a few hours.
Yes, you're right, the main way to improve Domain Rating or Authority is by obtaining RELEVANT, and hopefully HIGH AUTHORITY backlinks.
BUT, it certainly isn't the be-all-an-end-all.
You do not need a high DA or DR rating to be HUGELY successful.
If you're struggling with indexing, especially if some of your posts are time senstive:
Google finds new pages on the internet through links, this is the way they go about finding these new pieces of content FIRST above any "other" ways, e.g. Request indexing in Google Search Console.
So, you can achieve this by adding an INTERNAL link from a previously indexed and RELEVANT piece of content.
Furthermore, other ways to get a "link" to your NEW article is obviously to post on various social media platforms, especially if you're visibly active already there, e.g. Pinterest Board, Twitter/Facebook Group, Quora Space, etc.
You obviously want to check on Google Search Console to see if your sitemap is setup correctly, plus it does no harm to "request indexing" while you're in GSC anyway.
Also, your SEO plugin under "Settings" has the ability to change "when Google crawls your site" to daily/weekly/monthly.
However, I don't really believe that the SEO plugin does anything to achieve this. Google has a specific daily crawl budget, and they'll look for efficient ways to achieve this.
If this means leaving some sites to wait, then so be it.
That's just how they are.
There are actually plugins that show you internal link opportunities for a newly published article.
I use Link Whisper, the Premium version, but I believe there is a free version in your "plugins" in your WordPress Back Office.
Finally, I'd say the more regularly you publish, the more "likely" (it's NOT guaranteed) that Google MAY throw some of their "crawl budget" your way, more frequently.

Try posting your new content on keen as well. It is a google website and has helped me get indexed faster.
Cheers

Hey David, don't bother with getting backlinks, just keep focusing on creating high-quality content. What you talk about is completely normal as long as Search Console does not have some errors or something similar.
It happened to me that posts get indexed immediately after publishing but there is a case where my post got indexed a month after publishing, it's only up to Google.
To check if your posts are really indexed in Google you should do it like this, just type in Google
site:yoursite.com and it will show you all indexed posts
10 month old website with 86 posts still takes 2 weeks for post to show on google?

Hi David,
Your affiliate links should all transfer correctly.
However, before I publish a post I check all affiliate, internal, and external links in the WordPress preview mode during the proof reading process.
Frank
Yes, the link transfers correctly (though personally I don't use Site Content at all, preferring to work directly within WordPress).
I would edit in WordPress back office once published from site content.
You need check if all links are connect great.
You could also check it out by creating a "test" post, publish it and then check it in WordPress looking at the html text of the "test" post...
