Have tried uploading jpg and png. Neither is accepted. Thanks.
I just clicked on the "add image" where the pic goes and tried to upload it. Just didn't work. But tried another image and it did work okay. Must have been something to do with the image (size, etc.) Thanks, Ken : )
Thanks, Giulia... I appreciate the quick response : ) Actually, when I attempt the upload from my computer, the upload bar quickly shows up as if it is uploading and then nothing happens. I've tried .jpg and .png using both IE and Firefox. Could have something to do with size of the image but am not sure.
It works okay with the images that are already in the system. Also, it works using a Facebook image. But it doesn't when I try to upload a pic from my computer regardless of how many times I try : ) Thanks.
Okay, the challenge was with one particular pic for whatever reason. But it's okay now. Thanks Giulia : )

That's weird, because I upload all of mine in a .png format, maybe you're just doing something else wrong? Maybe try logging out and then back in?

Sometimes, when I have tried to add a media file by clicking "Upload Files" and then "Select Files", it hasn't worked. But when I have Drop the file that I wanted instead of clicking "Select Files" it finally uploaded. Don't know the reason why, but I leave it here in case it serves you :-)
