Why not create a website in your own language and have a Translation Function for all the rest of them?
Its a much better option than many separate sites if you are going to promote the same products on them all.
I have Flags on my site because although people might not be able to read English they will recognize their countrys flag and click on it for the translation.

There are many websites out there which provide free photos that can be used without paying anything or having to worry about copyrights, etc. But unfortunately you will probably not find photos of the Rolling Stones or any similar famous or world wide known people or brands.
My personal opinion is that even if in theory it is not allowed to use their photos, I don´t think that the Rolling Stones will care much about some photos being used in a small website that is just starting ... But it is up to you.
