Hi David
I have looked at your website about hiking and was wondering if you could help me and explain how to put a picture on my website at the top of the page like you have put a mountain scene and then typed Backpacking Outfitter. obviously mine will be about my niche. Can you help thanks. I have tried the tutorial but not able to get the picture where i want it.

Can anyone help me to understand how i can place the product images from amazon ''side by side". I have been able to copy and paste the product link from amazon using the Site strip no problem, however I would like to be able to place two product images that are the same product but with different features beside each other for example 2 products that are the same except different colors. If you want to see an example of what i mean go to OSPREY BACKPACKS FOR BACKPACKING.
Thanks so much, i would appreciate any suggestions.

Sincerely
DW

Has anyone used Sitestripe from amazon affiliate? My question is where and how do I paste the code that I was given for the product on amazon?

hi David, you use the amazon product code as a link to your product e.g. you might say something like

Get your amazing Canon Camera from Amazon!

You could make that whole sentence your link or part of it (Canon Camera, or Amazon)

Select the text you want to add the link to, select "add a link" from your editor tool-bar (usually looks like a little chain link), and in the space marked url:, you paste that link. Save it and you're done.

Hope that makes sense, else just look at the training here: - (that's level 3, lesson 4)

Hi Gary, hope things are well with You.I'm still having problems getting the product image on my page. The text link that You help me with works but I really need the product image also. Anything that you could add would be appreciated. Thanks again!

hi David, all good thanks.

Okay, a couple of questions or alternatives for you.

Option 1
1. if you have your own image, just add the image to your site as you would add any other image (assuming you know how to do that)
2. copy your text link as you have been doing already
3. click on your image you have just loaded (just a single click to make the image active so to speak)
4. go to the "add a link" button that looks like a little chain, and add the text link as usual
5. save and your image will now have a hyperlink to your product page on amazon

Option 2
1. on amazon, select the "image" link from your sitestripe
2. copy the code (quite lengthy)
3. go to your article and select the text tab (next to the visual one)
4. find the place in your article where you'd like to insert the image
5. place your cursor there and paste the code you have just copied
6. select the visual tab to see your amazon product image link
7. adjust as required i.e. if wrong position etc.
8. remember to save (update)

You can center the images by just selecting the image and then clicking on the "align center" icon at the top of the article page.

Hope that helps but shout if there's something that doesn't make sense

You have this!! :-)

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)
