MOBE &. A BIG Silver Cloud

Yesterday, I read a post on here about MOBE

It Stunned me, but I have to say, I wasn't unduly surprised by what I read

It stated that MOBE has been shut down by the FTC. This is a fact

I was stunned because, prior to coming to WA, I had been a huge advocate of MOBE and was positioned at the GOLD membership, having been invited to join it by a business associate of mine, who I respected and as much as my previous LEO experience had taught me, trusted his judgement

Now it was through the MOBE 21 step business education, that I came to be at

Since being here, the education, and affiliate bootcamp courses coupled with the live training and community support have shown and taught me, that the WA way is... The right way

Now that is not said lightly or because of what has happened to MOBE

It is said with the realism and acknowledgement that having tried other so called good established ventures in the past, which have worked, but had their flwas as well, that there is simply nothing out there to touch

I earned through MOBE, I got back my investment, through showing others what I genuinely believed to be a good way of educating small business owners

However, Promotion of MOBE, as stated in the FTC papers, was hard, in some cases near impossible, because the links were blocked in most promotional places

I contacted my introducer to MOBE yesterday, to inform him of the news, because I knew he was working on another project and expected him to be as stunned as I was

He wasn't!!!... and knew about the news days before, but 'neglected to tell me

In fact he said, I'll TRY to call in the next couple of days, to discuss it with you, or if not I'll TRY to call later today

I have advised him not too, and explained my reasons why not

MOBE did advocate the use of Wordpress, which is another reason I ended up here at WA

After yestardays news, I spenf a good time addressing my profile here, and on another blog which was set up specifically for that. Luckily that one is not indexed for the search engines yet, nor is it hosted here

BUT

Every cloud has a silver lining, being here is home for me, the training, and webinars along with the community are excellent, first class and second to none

Yesterdays news also re~inforced to me a decision I had made a couple of weeks ago, which was

Scaling back on MOBE for the reasons listed above and one other venture I have, simply because compared to WA... They are not in the same class

For any newbies reading this, do not fall for shiny object syndrome... it does not exist

Truth, reality and working the smart way does exist here in WA, that much I can say is truthful and with enough support to ensure you make it
