Monetizing my site.

Hi Dears,
I hope you are in good spirits. I am just writing because I am having trouble to monetize my site.After doing the training and searching on google I am still stuck on how to bring affiliate links and banners. I mostly want to add banners and I am having difficulty with that also. After 8 months now blogging I just wish I can begin to earn some money. can you recommend other training.
