How to make appear a post into a specific page

Hello,
I created a website with one HOME and 3 other different pages.
Everytime a publish a new article, the content goes as post directly to the home.
How can I organise the article to make it appear on a specific page AND in the home as last article? How can I organise the contents in one specific page to help the visitors to go to THAT page and find what they need? When I organise the content in one specific category, and If I link that category to the page, the content doesn't appear in the page as article, just in a list on the side. The main page still stays empty.
