How to create images with links in one page

Hello,
as newbie I'm building my website. Still it's not very clear to me how to create a page with different pics that link to, by example, a product review.
Let's assume I created a page called "Products".

In this page I need to show all the products I decide to sell or promote, so I'll feel it in with the different pics for each product.
Then, how do I manage to make possible for the visitor to click on the photo and go directly to the review of the product? I assume the reviews or the content relative to each product must be present already as post and then I've to link the pic to the post?
Also, is there here somewhere a specific guide to properly help you through the graphics of the website? I'd love to make the aestetics a bit less standard and more personal.
