Hy,sorry for the late post.

I thought it´s time for some monday motivation.

I´m talking here about another set of "muscles"

Aka. the inner muscle.

Call it willpower,mindset,habit

I´ve read a book once which said something interesting.

And found it to be very true as it "grew" in my persona as well.

And that is

How you handle anithing is how you handle everithing

Or somethin like that.

Meaning you will be you in whatever you do.

If you slack in one thing youll slack in another as well.

Of course you can give more in certain areas but in the end your true self will always shine through.

This goes for family,for buisness and every other situation crafted by life.

Building muscle here actually means building yourself

building character,

habits,

perspectives,

the way you see yourself and the world.

Our brains have never been touched by the light or have heard sounds.

Our senses

sight, touch, smell, hearing and taste

translated those signals to our brain in a understandable way.

And the more and often we expose ourselves to these expieriences

be they good or bad

grow more and more

It does kinda work like building muscle.

Or as the old indian tale goes

"Feeding the right wolf"

And for the end i´ll leave a quote for you.

the things you look at change"
