Writing Every Day, Torment?

How do you prepare yourself for writing on a daily basis? If you have to go to a regular job to pay the bills, how does that affect your writing routine? Does it feel like writing is a bother?
Here is what I do:
I prepare my writing today for tomorrow. Sometimes I even prepare more than one subject for that matter. The point is to accelerate the outcome. After my day job I every so often I feel too tired to start researching keywords and putting down a thousand words.
Usually, I use off days to prepare enough materials for a week. That is one keyword for each day, seven. A mind map for each of the keywords. I simply add words that relate to the keyword.
Let's say I have four additional words that are related to the keyword; I would list them so that one word leads to the next section and so on.
'Writing Every Day, Torment?' That's my keyword. Now that I have the head, I need a body. As you can see above, I write things related to the head. Anything that you do; which has to do with writing qualifies within this text. It's quite straight forward.
I don't go all out and write a novel; I want to write enough for the reader understands the message. And that's all there is to it. Head, body, and a conclusion. It can be about that simple.
I found that preparedness is key to my daily writing routine. I have always been writing, a lot of which nobody will ever get to see, but that's another story.
As I said previously, prepare! Once you are ready, all you have left is to fill in the gaps, and I can speak from experience when I say two thousand words in one day is possible.
One other thing I would like to mention. Don't get all nitty gritty with keywords; I'm sure you have had the experience of wasting a lot of time to find one keyword. As Kyle pointed out in the training, some words get ranked others won't. That's just what it is.
I don't spend a lot of time on keywords. The idea what I want to write about is there; I get myself set up as explained above and then it's writing time.
As far as I know, all my pages are in google index. You can check your site by typing in google search, site:writersoul.com, just replace my domain with yours, and you will get information. If it's on the index, it can be found. Easy as pie.
Have a pleasant day,
