What do I need to know to start an online business? - Wealthy Affiliate
It's been three weeks since I built my website http://wealthystudentonline.com
I recently started using Yoast all-in-one SEO plugin. Yoast is extremely helpful in showing me where to put my keywords, how many times to use them, and how to make my site easy to read. All of my keywords are "low hanging keywords" some of which, are under 20 QSR and still get decent monthly traffic.
I also have a fair bit of content, including product reviews and affiliate links. I have comments on almost all of my pages and posts.
With that being said, here's my BURNING QUESTION!
How long will it take until I get a steady stream of traffic to my site? Since my keywords are low competition (some under 20 QSR) and they still make sense, I'm expecting them to be on the first few pages of google, and I don't think I'm being too unrealistic here.
I realize that I'm building my site extremely fast, but I just want to google one of my keywords and see my website on page 1. This would complete my life at this point!
Am I missing something? Or does it just take time, content and keywords? Am I just being impatient?

You only need to keep adding good quality content that brings readers over to your site and they will have to feel they want to return, the results will come. It can take several months before it happens.
