My First Month

What a ride I have been on. I wanted to get into Affiliation for a long time but didn't know how to go about it. Then I discovered Wealthy Affiliates. I read the training and said to myself "yes I can do this". So for the next few days I followed the training, built my website and learned, literally, how to write a post. To me this was very much like writing a essay at school, something I really hadn't done for nearly 50 years.

Now I have reached Lesson 15 of Level 2 and many posts later I feel very confident about the future.

I have chosen a niche that I am very knowledgeable in and that is Astronomy. I have taken a niche within that subject and gone for the beginner, someone who is new to stargazing and wants to learn about it. I take different constellations and talk about them and how to find other constellations using pointers in that constellation. I offer advice on buying a first telescope and help for those wanting to do simple astrophotography.

My aim now is to finish the course and start earning money, as are we all, but get also get up the rankings. That is my first three month goal. A six month goal is far in the future for now. Maybe I'll have to have another 'first three months'.
