Hello WA friends,

I was wondering if anybody could help me out with an image issue I'm having. I am trying to insert multiple images, about 3 or 4, horizontally across

I used the block editor in my wordpress instead of the classic editor. It allows you to add columns which can be images and you can even label the images.

I will give that a shot next time I do a post....

thanks for your help!

To solve your issue, you can try some front end builder plugin. Usually, I use these plugin:
- shortcode ultimate
- elementor

Both of them it's useful to beautify your website. And no worries, it's easy, because this plugin use the drag and drop, and no coding required.

Does my website have to be moved over from "siterubix" to a "dot com" site before I submit applications to affiliate programs???

No, you don't need a dot com site. It can be approved depending on their assessment or rules.

No, it doesn't have to be a dot com site. Speaking on behalf of both the Awin and ShareASale affiliate networks, we're okay with it being a site rubix site. We're going to spend more time looking at the content than at the URL. And by looking at the content, it's not evaluating the content, but rather getting a sense of where you are going with your site.

Ok. thank you that does help out a lot. What other types of recommendations do you have for getting approved with Awin as far as "...getting a sense of where my site is going?

The biggest thing will be your posts. Is it original content? Are they longer than just a few hundred words? Do they make sense based on the apparent topic of your blog? When was the last post (we get some people who haven't posted in years who want to join - not happening!)

What is your niche?

Drumming equipment and accessories and information about drumming in general

I forgot what your question was?

Ok...great! thank you for the response it helps out a lot. One of my concerns was that if I didn't get approved it might hinder my chances of getting approved in the future.

It will depend on the program. If you want to promote Clickbank products, all you need is an email address. Amazon you will need a website. I haven't tried it with "siterubix", some programs want your website to have some age on it before they will approve you. Give it a try, all they can do is say no, they will tell you what you need to do, and then you can try again later.

I'm attempting to add my first post to my website. I have already written it out but I can't seem to figure out how to make it appear on my site. I already hit the "apply" bu

Thanks for asking I know we all have different ways of learing and asking quistions means you are actually making an effort to understand and this is good for your growth ;there is no silly questions the reason why we may not ask is because we dont want to look like idiots!but to the contast you are not much clever by not asking what you know you dont know. ask the questions even twice until you get it right that is how you can be able to give it back to others in future as you now know and that is great!

That is great advice! Thank you!

Dano, did you write your post in the Wordpress dashboard or are you using WA site content to write the post.

My advice as below is to follow the training from the beginning, it will all become clear and drop into place as you follow along.

I wrote the post through my dashboard. It looks like it’s posted now. I wonder why it took so long ?

Hi-- while you are in your draft you should be hitting the "publish" button.

I went through all the training and it walked me through this process step by step. You can try this lesson:

Just watched this again. It was very helpful. Thank you!

Great! I would follow the training and work on my site at the same time. I had 2 windows open and would just work along on my site while following the training. And ask lots of questions!😀

Or can one website only be monetized to one affiliate?

Speaking on behalf of two affiliate networks, yes, you can use more than one merchant program on your site.

Not sure how much content you have so far, but yes, I would add at least 12-20 posts before applying to any network or program, so that we can see what direction your site is taking. When you write those posts, it's okay to keep in mind - and even mention - the affiliate programs you hope to join, so that the content is already there and easy to link to.

Hi! You can do anything in your own website. But the mentor should like you to handle things you can actually give results. and improve as you grow in knowledge, experience, and skills. Cheers.

As the other members have said, yes you can promote the products of as many affiliate companies as you want. However, you might want to consider getting some content on your website first, maybe 20-30 posts, otherwise you won't have any traffic looking to click on your affiliate links.
Many affiliate companies will check your website out before accepting you and if you have very little content and/or little or no traffic they will not accept you.
If you are planning to affiliate with Amazon, they require you to make at lest three sales within 180 days of joining them. Again, if you have very little traffic you likely won't make those sales and Amazon will cancel your affiliate account.
Just a recommendation. We wish you luck.
Colette and Philip

Sometimes I write my blogs based on which affiliate I want to promote or add link to.. It helps me brianstorm and focus on healthy topics. I have 11 affiliate programs that I support at different times. Good luck finding your way and following the trainings!

You don’t have to stick to one affiliate account per website, your site can promote products from many different companies who operate an affiliate program.
They would need to be in your niche though.
Andy.
