I have always hated the idea of managers, I never wanted to be one, I was always someone who wanted to be an owner, owner of a specific situation, a controller.

I learned a fascinating system known as B.E.C.C

Believe

Encourage

Challenge

Correct

Funny as it sounds; it worked. I found that I had to believe in my ideas, my peers, my challenges. I had to encourage my beliefs, that I had to overcome them with due diligence.
