Why Can't I See My Ads on My Page?
Alright it has been over a week and I feel a little dumb for not realizing it. I had come to a halt on developing my website because I could not for my life see the ads. I had no idea how they looked like on my page or if they looked relevant along with my content.
Solution:
If you are like me, you probably have adblock running on chrome. Adblock did it's job really well and it was not allowing me to view my ads/banners.
So, if you are running something similar. Please disable it for your entire domain and maybe ask your visitors to disable it since your website runs on ads to finance itself.
Text ads that link to other pages are not affected by adblock so if you use text ads you will not see a difference.
Hope this helps others who are having trouble

It is good that you worked it out and it serves others who have perhaps had the same issue, thanks for sharing and it has taught me another new thing to
There is much satisfaction in discovering your own solutions to problems and being able to share them with others is a bonus.

Yes it does bring some relief. It's the ahuuh moment that allows us to be self sufficient whenever we can
Good advice Daniel, I am sure many others are running ad blockers like you and these can often times cause more confusing than it is worth (but it definitely does block the ads).
Glad you got this sorted!
Yeah I couldn't figure it out until I remembered I had adblock running haha
And before anyone else starts to have issues with adblock i figured I should make a post about the solution for their invisible ads
