Is it worth it??
I've got some content for my niche about prepaid phone plans and well... I've had my affiliate applications rejected.
at this point i am wondering if it's worth it to include them in my research or leave them out.. But then again, we are doing this to inform the people of the various choices.
Should i apply back and look for better keywords to have more traffic?

You need to look at the reasons you were rejected. Is it that you haven't got enough content on your site? If it is - then you want to concentrate on adding content.
I dont have any comments, except for one
The problem is that i think my theme isn;t that comment friendly and i am not able to see it even though i approved the comment

You're unlikely to be turned down for an affiliate programme because you don't have comments. I don't know what your comment issue might be but check the documentation for your theme.
I changed the theme. I can see the comment from a month ago. My problem now is that i dont have as much customization like before..
I think I'll have to share my page so WA community can comment on it
