I want to get a refund from wealthy affiliate how can I do that?

You joined WA in February 2016. By now I suppose you would know how things function here. Have you been a free member all this time? When did you signup for Premium?
To get a good answer you have to give more information.

Hi - by signing up to premium you agree to automatic recurring monthly payments. There are no refunds as per the terms and conditions. If you now wish to cancel your membership, that is done through your account settings.
Wealthy Affiliate doesn't have a refund policy because it has an affiliate program. If you forgot to cancel before your subscription renewed and it happened just now, you could PM Kyle or Carson and request the refund though. If the mistake is on their end, they'll issue a refund if you contact them as soon as possible. Depending on what happened. The no-refund policy is in their terms and services.
