Need Help - New Website
To be honest, I have been out of online marketing for about 10 years now; but I am ready to jump back in. Feels like I am starting from scratch again LOL.
I am purchasing this new website - https://satelaid.com/ and need help with ideas on how to market it. The previous owner used Facebook ads and did quite well; but I have never been successful on Facebook and don't even know where to start.
The site is a jewelry gift store for sons and daughters in the UK. That is another challenge because I am in the USA. Don't think I want to revamp the site for the USA. I'd like to keep it as it is if possible - work smarter not harder haha.
Really need some ideas on how to get this going when the site is transferred to me. My Escrow payment just got approved and the owner should be transferring everything over in the next few days.
Any suggestions on how to market this?

The first thing I would do is have your site transferred over to the WA platform. This way you can ensure all security features needed are enabled and you can move forward with your marketing with peace of mind.
Also personally I would have made sure the advertising method that was stated at the sale of the website was actually true.
Especially for Facebook Ads it is very simple to do a search for any brand that says they doing ads and see either the paid ad or the business page the ads are running out of.
Sometimes people have a different name for their business page than the website they are promoting which I do not recommend when promoting an online store.
Anyhow, having your site hosted here you could then blog about the products you have endlessly.
Then do product reviews, share them to your Business page and then do Facebook ads targeted in the UK or surrounding areas.
