Just one more free keyword search tool please
If you enjoy playing what I call the "keyword search game" as much as I do, you might have realized that keyword search tools can be quite addictive. I recently stumbled across another handy dandy free keyword search tool that I would like to share with you. Some of you might already be using it, but for some of you, it might be new. But before I share my new find here, I just need to take a moment and rave about Jaaxy.
Here at Wealthy Affiliate, we are totally spoiled with Jaaxy. Jaaxy is an amazing keyword search tool with a wide range of powerful tools to analyze your keywords. In fact, it's full potential continues to amaze me, every time I use it. Once you sign up for free with Wealthy Affiliate you also get to try this keyword tool for free. Trust me, once you see the full potential of Jaaxy and how powerful this tool is, just having full access to Jaaxy alone, is worth upgrading to the Wealthy Affiliate Premium membership.
Jaaxy is a powerful keyword search tool, that does an amazing job in analyzing keywords that will help you optimize your SEO settings.
But first, you need to feed Jaaxy. With juicy keywords that is.
So, how do you come up with juicy keywords?
WHERE CAN YOU FIND JUICY KEYWORDS?
I like to use, what I call my "personal keyword funnel".
Here's what I do:
1) Brainstorming
Putting myself in the shoes of my ideal customer and asking myself questions such as:
What is my customer’s biggest problem? What keeps them up all night?
What is it that makes them feel happy? ...etc.
Then I usually write all my ideas out without judging any of them. Once I have enough ideas, I try some mind mapping or categorizing. I choose my favorite keywords I go to the next step.
2) Pinterest
If my target customers like to hang out on Pinterest, I need to find out what they are searching for on Pinterest. Since I brainstormed their potential searches in step one, I can now feed my keywords into this free Pinterest Keyword search tool: www.pinterestkeywordtool.com
You will get the six most popular keyword related searches first and then a list of additional search results. For a keyword to be relevant, I look for at least 50 additional keyword related searches.
3) Reddit
We all know that people like to discuss things on Reddit.
But what exactly are they talking about on Reddit? How do you find out?
Here is where my handy, dandy free keyword search tool that I promised to tell you about earlier comes in.
This tool has the functionality to conveniently scan Reddit for you:
You start by typing the name of the subreddit (the category your customers most likely will use in their searches) into the tool. Choose the one that is the best fit for your target customer and click on "Get Keywords". Keyworddit will extract the keywords and the number of searches from Reddit for you. Then with the click of a button, you can export them to an Excel sheet.
HOW TO ANALYZE YOUR KEYWORDS
Using a mix of these tools has so far helped me come up with some unusual keywords that I would not have come up with just using the brainstorming session only. But how do you find out which keywords are worth pursuing further?
Good question. The simple answer is Jaaxy. Because Jaaxy does it all for you.
With your Premium Membership at Wealthy Affiliate, you have full access to Jaaxy. You can feed Jaaxy with all the juiciest keywords and Jaaxy will analyze them further for you. How to make the best use of Jaaxy is all outlined in the free video training sessions that you have full access to with your Premium Membership at Wealthy Affiliate.
The great thing about Jaaxy is, if you use this keyword search tool in the way it is described in the training, it not only helps you get niche ideas but it also helps you come up with a whole bunch of content ideas. Enough material to feed your website with content for months to come.
I hope you will enjoy the "keyword search game" as much as I do, by trying out these free keyword search tools. Of course, the list above is far from complete and so if you know of similar free tools, that you enjoy using, let me know. I would love to hear from you. Because I am sure you'll agree with me when I say: "You can never have enough free keyword search tools."
