I see your questions have already been answered.
I just wanted to share my two cents on the topic - I have been very satisfied with the WA support.
Whenever I had technical issues with my website or wanted to enhance something, the support was always helpful and very responsive.

When I log into my website, there is a site health screen. It is telling me that I don't have a backup theme. Can someone tell me if this is necessary and where I would find in

You can do with the Twenty Twenty-Three. That's in addition to the one installed, just in case it fails. Site Health (and Why It's Not That Important)
It is a theme you find in appearance > themes; if not, add new white in themes, search and install but not activate.
