Email On-The-Go Smart Phone Settings
Setup Email For Smartphone (UPDATES BELOW)
- Some Internet Service Providers Block SMPT - If the settings below don't work, Disconnect from Wi-Fi and use your mobile data.
I came across the mail settings for receiving emails without logging into atmail. (Used to check your email with an all-in-one mail software on your computer. "Outlook for example").
Incoming IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Security: None
Port: 143
Outgoing SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Security: None
Port: 25
After applying these settings to my android smartphone, and getting frustrated with changing my email settings around, I decided to give up! It would not work from my phone.
Then I discovered the myMail App: New Recommendation below
myMail made it quick and easy. I simply entered my email address and password, then Presto! (Email straight to my phone) -----Seems this app drained my battery power-------
***UPDATE***
Now using BlueMail, and so far so good!
BlueMail seems lighter weight and a nicer interface. When setting up my email the only conflict was having to remove the checkmark from "Require login". If not automatically logged in, insure the above settings are set and security set to "None".
If any negative results are present I will keep you all updated.
Hope this helps anybody else looking to have their personal emails sent to your smartphone.
As always, Work Hard, Persist, and Allow Success to Find You!

Thanks for that info Damien, would be usefull for those who use smart phones, however for me my laptop I like to see things on a large screen you know poor eye sight. :-)
Well, you can't miss what you don't use.
The larger screen is nice for most of my work. However, this Voice-to-text feature has become very handy for responding to comments and smaller responses.
Can't imagine writing full articles this way though...

Hi Damien, Glad you shared this advise. Is it free?
If you allow, then I can write a post on this on my website as well?
Best
Stan
Free indeed. So far so good with the app installed too!
