Thanks Wayne. I'm using categories for my posts and have them as sub headings in my main menu under my "blog" tab. Just thought maybe I should be using tags as well to optimise my listings. Didn't want to do it if the SEO plug in already takes care of it for fear of being penalized by google.
On another note, been enjoying your posts within WA. They are very helpful and inspiring. Thank you for the conitunued help and support!

There are premium wordpress themes out there that completely handle the backend functionality that you describe.
These themes can be installed on your wordpress site hosted here at WA.
There may be some free classified listing themes out there, I have not researched them... the time savings for me to customize a free theme is worth the cost of the premium theme.

I think Wayne is right that you have to create new and delete old on the categories.
