Believe In Yourself
Hello WA! This is my 2nd day on here, and I appreciate all that replied to my first blog post, and sent me well wishes. This is what it's all about, motivating each other to do well. So my second blog post is believing in yourself (as what my cover photo states). So why are we here? Well the goal of an entrepeneur is to have your business ideal be as lucrative as it can. My father asked me years ago, "Son, Are you a leader or a follower?" I told him I was a leader, and I want to lead people to become successful as we can be. That line says a lot to me. If you are in business, you have to believe in yourself, because who else will believe in you? When you start up your website on WA, and publish it to the world, it will be a reflection of you. Don't tell yourself you can't do it, because if you are here, then YOU CAN DO IT! It's not being cocky and arrogant, but being self-confident and knowing that you can get the job done. I'll give an example of having people believe in you. Imagine working on a large scale project, and your customers has an expectation of you and your team, developing the best product that they want to see you put out to the world. Will you take the challenge and get it right in order to score more business? Will you take charge of the team to make sure the product is the best damn product and take over a portion of the market? If you answered yes to both questions, then I'm here to tell you that is the first step in believing in yourself. Do not use the word can't or will not, instead use the words I can and I will. That is the first rule and first step in believing in yourself. You all have a good one, and I will see you around as I am working on my first site and niche. I will blog about what I've started up, and I know it will be successful.

Good for you, Damien and thanks for sharing.
It is good to believe in ourselves and be confident.
However, failure is a reality too.
"It's ok if you fall down and lose your spark.
Just make sure that when you get back up,
you rise as the whole damn fire."
All the best to you, Damien and keep going.
Great question from your father,
"Son, Are you a leader or a follower?"
Just love it.
