I have been extremely slack updating my blog post, even for a newbie its not what it should be and no real excuses that count.
Having said that the past month I have spent getting visa's, gathering intel from colleagues and putting my budget together as I begin my journey and join what seems like legions of over 50 Barefoot blogger come digital nomads roaming South East Asia plying their blog niches.
For me its Vietnam and at the moment just Saigon or HCMC. Clearly I havent gotten bored enough yet or maybe I just lack the discipline to post for 2 hours a day at the moment. I admit I am a newbie afterall, as evidenced by the amount of junk I have purchased so far from the street hawkers and I have been as a moth to the flame with all the bright lights, friendly people all interspersed with dodging the millions of scooters that on first experience can only be described as organised KAOS and not good for my blood pressure as I swing between outright fear and concern for my own safety with fits of laughter when you see an entire family with luggage perched precariously atop a 100cc scooter in the rain with at least one of them, often the driver, using their mobile phone, all of this conducted as if its the most natural thing in yhe world.
More interesting posts with photos to follow but for now its back to WA training because as I am sure most of you know its not just about the blogging its the whole enchilada with this amazing platform and Im not even halfway through 'n' yet!
