The Simple Way To Achieve Massive Success on YouTube
When it comes to YouTube, I hold my hands up - I was late to the game.
But guess what?
There's still tons of traffic there for the taking. And getting it is easy.
Most people are scared to record. I was one of them.
I didn't want to "put my face out there". I didn't know what to say as soon as the camera came on.
But once you overcome that hurdle, finding success on YouTube is simple.
Just point, record, upload & repeat.
Heck, I didn't even shave for this video & I used a pair of headphones that are over 10 years old.
I did it on purpose to prove it really doesn't matter.
Who wants to join me on a journey to YouTube success?
Shall we publish 1 video per day, together? Let's help each other out.
If you're in, leave a comment below and let me know. I'll come back to this post in a few months & check in on your progress. I'll hold you accountable. 1 video per day. Let's go!

I'm right there with you Dale! I can't commit to doing a video per day, I've just got way too much on my plate to be doing all that. Nevertheless, I am going to start creating videos and posting them to my YouTube channel. I've been going through all the motions you've described, including going through the fears and procrastination, etc. Part of my problem has been the computer I was using didn't have the capacity to do what I need to do, but now I've upgraded and I'm ready to go!
2,7 k subscribers now to my YouTube channel, but it took me over 2 years to get there. Helas, creating my crafting vids takes a lot longer than one day, but I will surely try to get more out there than once a week :-)
(hardly need to show my face or use my voice, although that seemed to work while explaining a manual from one of my DIY miniature kits haha, been told that I should get into adult phone industry whahahaha)
Wow that's awesome, congrats on the subscribers! And hahah. Well, there's a niche you could break into :)
Any chance of some subtitles for a Soft Southern Shandy-Drinking B&&%%$D!!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And has anyone ever told you you've got the perfect face for radio!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kidding mate, I have absolutely no doubt that as you roll with it, keep consistent, and then you get into mass publication across various niches, you'll smash it out the park...
Really interested to see your stats in the summer.
Funnily enough, for my largest two websites I've consistently had YouTube for over 5 years now, but have hired people to be the face of the channels.
Personally, I'm the same, hate being in front of camera, I even hate having my photo taken (I don't even like people looking at me, LOL).
BUT
I am one for constantly stepping outside my comfort zone, so I'm gonna attempt to force myself.
Sod your one a day, if I complete ONE video and upload it over the next month, as least I'VE STARTED!!! 🤣🤣🤣
One is better than none!
I don't know why, but I laugh so badly when I read your comments! Yes! I secretly read them! Regardless of the topic, you are just full of humour 👍😂
that's why I love my niche, don't have to use my face on camera , although I have a few times, short, when unwrapping a box hahaha
Minara, Why you laughing at ME????
Everything I write here is VERY serious all the time!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The highest earner on YouTube circa 2020-2021 was
An 8-Year Old Boy ($28,000,000) (and a 7-year old girl the following year btw)
He simply "unwrapped boxes" and put the contents "together" (obviously the "contents" were "popular and trending" items, but there's a lot more money in unwrapping boxes than you may think!!! 🤣🤣🤣)
yeah, I put my nephew at work for that once hahaha (got a Chinese Lego house as a gift from a company who contacted me), but those vids can't be monetized, because they are made for kids? (I needed to mark it as 'video made for kids and also 'promoted product) I honestly don't know how those kids could? But indirectly, it does get the viewers and subscribers up to my channel as a whole, and a link to my blog post with the actual review and amazon link. But yeah, having it done by kids is cuter than by myself :-p
The subtitles are there! Ruddy tech-illiterate Southerners not knowing how to turn them on. Typical. 🤣
Yeah man I'm exactly the same - but I find the larger the breaks I have, the more difficult it becomes... I'm hoping that with 1 a day I'll keep in the zone. I'm hoping it'll force me to get into a better routine as well because I have about 5-zillion projects on at the minute... But where there's a will, there's a way!
Great video Dale. I really needed this. Thank you.
Yes go for it! Regular videos from you here at WA would help me. It's an area I really need to overcome!
Like Diane, I can stand in front of a room of people and deliver training or give a talk. Throw a camera in the mix, and I shut down.
I've tried convincing myself my disability stops me, but really, that's just an excuse, and it's more like the perfectionist in me that gets in the way.
I accept your challenge. I look forward to your next video 😎
Tracy
I was the same, convincing myself XYZ is the reason, but I realized they were all just excuses, haha. Let's make it happen! 🙌

I do 8 videos a month, that's 2 every weekend, and already I've grown my following and JUST reached 5000 viewers. And the best part is, I just started about 3 months ago. As for doing 1 a day, I can't seem to put my mind in a timeframe to make content to do that, however I know it can't NOT be done....
Kudos for your efforts!
