How to Boost Immune System to Fight COVID19

Thank you very much for sharing. Indeed if our immune system works at optimal level we shouldn't worry too much about viral or bacterial infections...when our system have enough of tools and high enough ability to utilize (absorb, put to work) nutritional values we are healthy. It is because our cells would have enough of "food" and could "communicate well". Bottom line is if our cells are healthy than we are healthy...it doesn't mean we will not catch the bugs but it means that our system will have the power to quickly deal with the invaders. Also you are right Christina, we need to supplement with high end market quality of nutritional supplements..most from the shops and chemists compete on price...Since it is not in product makers and marketers interest for general public to know much it is up to us to research, ask right question, and make educated choices...
