Hi! Sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. I have viewed your website. I would make the following changes:

1. Move the images to the right side of the page not on the left. Most people read from left to right. So, they are expecting text to appear there.
2. Remove from the widgets area the Meta widget.

Comments:

1. I assume your keyword for this site is symptoms pancreatic cancer. I checked this with the WA keyword tool and your competition is 495 competing websites which is not too bad. Jay recommends a number below 400.
2. Is your site indexed by Google? I looked and it is not.
3. How new is your site? It can take up to 5 days before Google indexes your site. Once your site is indexed, you should start seeing traffic to your site.
4. Did you include Google Analytics to your site? If not, do so. If yes, check the visits to this site on a daily basis to get a feel of the traffic. Look at what pages the visitors are viewing. Check the Bounce Rate. If it's under 75% you are ok. If it's above that, you may need to tweak your pages. Or, try to see where the visitor is leaving the page. Do this by looking at the time spent on the page. Example: If the time shows the visitor leaving after 10 seconds, time yourself and see where 10 seconds takes you on your page. Look at the content. Is a link broken or a word misspelled. It also could mean that you may need more content or a call to action at that place in the text.

Cancer is not a good subject since it includes death. Many people do not like to confront this subject. I applaud you in doing this for your daughter and wish her and your family all the best. Everything is in the Lord's hands.
