More automation!
Hello everyone!
Has your business grow, you get more responsibilities. I want to grow my audience on social media, so I started posting twice a day on Facebook. What I enjoyed about it is that you can schedule all the posts you will publish for the next week (or more!).
I opened an Instagram account for my affiliate business too, but I couldn't schedule my posts. So every morning, I had to finish creating my post and publish it on my IG page.
This weekend, as I was batching and preparing all my social media content for the next week, Facebook has changed it's publishing tool. You can always use the classic one, which is very convenient for me for the translator that provides what I write on the post either in English or in French depending on who sees the posts. It's not available on the new tool.
What is available now with the new publishing tool is that you can schedule your Instagram posts!!! I am soooo excited about that!! I tried it. It works. So now all I have to do it to schedule all my posts for the coming week.
I know a lot of entrepreneurs posts the exact same things in every social media platforms. I can't and I wont. I know it's more work, but it's fun. I don't see the use of having multiple social media accounts if you are going to post the exact same thing everywhere.
I like to follow people and businesses on social medias but not to see the same post on Facebook and Instagram.So, as long as I enjoy doing it like that, I will create different content.
Automating your posts is one of the best way to clear your schedule for more important things for your business, like creating content for your website.

It seems like many people have their "favorite" social media site. So posting the same might be ok. People generally don't have the time to be on every site. Thanks for sharing your insight.

I know Debbi. But there are a few, like me, who follow on every platform lol.
I just can't post the same thing on FB and IG. I post mostly article on FB and I cn't share them on IG, so I create pictures for IG.
If there was an app that I could write one post for each day and it would automatically post it to every social media platform. If it's a good post on Facebook or Instagram it's a good post in all. Different people will see it on different platforms
Yes. I just don't post the same kind of informations on Facebook and Instagram. It adds on the work I have to do, but I like it so far and people can follow me everywhere and get different content.
