I am Really Doing A Progress Report!

I finally completed course 2 lesson 9 and now I am to report what I have done and where I am going.

It iis not like me to brag about what I have done but I really feel that I have come a long way learning how to create a website after years working on a mainframe system for more than 23 years.

Even though I have had training in other software such as Java, HTML, websphere, learning something new like wordpress basics to create web pages feels like a great accomplishment but still have a long way to go but I know I have lots of support here at WA.

In just a month working 3-4 hours a few days a week I have created a website. I have selected my own niche website (cobolfordummies.org) on my very own domain which believe me was not an easy selection to make. I just felt that I knew more about this field but reviewing others I am finding that I too have love for many other things that I too will be able to create new website that might be of more interest to the public than what COBOL might be to them today.

Working on my Website is joy and stressful at the same time but with the lessons available I can always go back to see what I missed. There are training videos with all of the lessons at least 1-9 on both courses I have completed. If I can’t find what is needed the support from others is wonderful.

The next 3 to 6 months I am hoping to have my second website (no niche yet) ranked by google, Bing and Yahoo …as well as my first website(cobolfordummies.org).still need to find out how to get Bing and Yahoo to rank my website.

Joining WA has been a blessing as far as support, learning and a greater blessing when I start making money!
