Have you succeeded in achieving your New Years Resolutions ?

As we approach the end of January, I can look back at what I wanted to achieve this month and say

Tah Dah

Pants !

Nowhere near it.

What exactly have I been doing for 31 days ?

Certification Course only marginally moved on.

Website progressing gracefully, but no real head of steam.

Slipped into WA Top 200, but that doesn’t pay any bills. (Yes, too much time reading and writing blogs and commenting)

The answer is:-

Regrettably, (or not), I had to do some research on more general health matters as a family member has a problem not being properly dealt with by mainstream medical measures.

As you might know, over the past year I have changed my diet to plant based, and (almost) avoiding all meat and dairy products.

Consequently my research has been more in herbs and spices and natural methods of healing body damage rather than have people pouring in large quantities of drugs and chemicals.

Glad to say the family member has experienced more relief with some natural pain relievers over the past 10 days than she did in the last year with prescription medicines.

My research will prove useful I am sure in the coming months, but for now my website has suffered, and I am still ploughing through the porridge of social media on the certification course.

So my latest notebook has just finished, and I have bought a new ledger. The first entries start with the tasks needed for February, and a note alongside. Concentrate. Try harder. Stick to the plan.

So that’s me.
