I know what you're thinking! That post name is made to controvert, to attract people and to get lots of comments instead of providing good content. But we are bloggers right? We try to find the most effective way to attract people that’s true, this title’s name is a good way to get your attention. Now that you’re here, just start scrolling and read the whole thing, you might find some really interesting stuff. Also, give me some feedback that’d be really cool, Please do it.

FACT: WE ARE BUSY PEOPLE

We don't have enough time to accomplish what we want during a day. And we struggle our lack of sleep by drinking coffee. In 2011, average American workers were drinking at least three 12 ounces caffeinated beverages a day. During that survey, most men declared that drinking coffee helped them to get things done.

People often get angry when they have to wait in a line for bank services or anything else. But, we should actually be really angry about bad habits.

Here's an example:Let’s Suppose that you travel three times a year from Miami to New York by plane. These two places have the biggest entry wait times at the gateway, respectively 4.68 and 4.48 hours. Therefore you will lose 19.02 hours per year. Considering as not a daily routine, this is insignificant.

Now take poor habits, like surfing on Facebook. The average time spent on Facebook is 18 minutes per visits. Let's say you only go on facebook during the day-week, 1 visit per day. That makes 4716 minutes a year which is equal to 78.6 hours a year. It’s quite a lot and we all know that we stay way more time than the average, right ?

My question is « Why are you getting angry during the peak entry wait time for your plane believing that you just lost precious time? » Stay cool man... you spend way more time on facebook.
So please stop being annoyed or pissed off because you think you are losing time during a single event. You should be pissed off about your bad habits, the same that drain your energy.

RESOLUTION

Back to my first question: How do we implement good habits?

Answer : By withdrawing those who are poor.
Our schedule is already full, we don't have space enough, so why add more stress? Instead I promote simplicity. Look for what should be erased in your life and start by kicking them out. You already know what you should stop to do!

Examples : "Reading your emails 7 times per days", "spending 3 hours or more on Facebook a day", "eating mcdonald 4 times per weeks", "watching porn and masturbating frequently" (time sink), "being stuck to pointless TV shows", "getting drunk often", "smoking"

All bad habits require energy. As simple as it can be, if you want to internalize good ones, you should focus on stopping those who are harmful.

Useful app

I use the app lift. It's in my IPhone and it keeps me in touch with daily goals that I want to achieve.
This is totally free, no affiliate link : https://www.lift.do

1) Download lift app on your mobile device

2) on your dashboard choose the habit that you want to forget (ex: stop smoking) or to internalize.

- It takes 21 days to internalize/throw a habit, but I suggest you to fix your objectives to 30 days to be sure that your brain understands the process.

Keep it Up!
