The Community Within WA Is Weird

I have a business account and personal account on Facebook and Twitter. I keep them separated because you never want your potential clients to see your political, religious, or personal views on subjects you may voice your opinion about when you feel the need.
Yes, freedom of speech is your choice. But alienating half the population of your country by voicing your opinion isn't good for your business.

Lately I haven't spent much time at all on either social media platform because one in five or ten posts are extremely political. I respect everyone's opinion and it doesn't bother me, but for a long time now I have just needed a break away from it. Both Twitter and Facebook seems to be getting extremely violent when personal views are being said. It doesn't seem that everyone is following the Golden Rule anymore, and that bothers me.

Then I joined WA.

The Community Within WA is....just......weird. We are weird because we are different compared to other social groups that come together from all over the world in one place. Everyone here has a common goal and is polite and helpful.and they just don't have time or the urge to waste time being petty.

We are weird because we get along when the rest of the world is at odds with each other.

We are weird because we don't care what each others beliefs are or if they are liberal or conservative. We just don't care.

It just impresses me because everyone that's here are serious entrepreneurs and are focused on business. We get along and are inspired by each other. We spend time to help answer questions for people we don't even know.

It is a good feeling when everyone comes together for each other without prejudice and offering knowledge and our most valuable resource, time, to help one other.

Congrats to the WA community and Kyle and Carson for building a weird environment.
