Create Yourself A Product - My 1 Month Update

1 Month Update:

Site is coming along well. I have slowed down on posting content because I have been working on my first "how to" course to use as my main website draw (will total 3 courses on the site eventually). Within the course, a crucial step will be to setup, build and promote their website. Of course I will be linking to WA for that.

Throughout the course I have given suggestions on what and where to purchase the essential tools to run their own company. I have used affiliate links throughout such as Quickbooks for accounting software, Amazon for office items and equipment, etc.

I have purchased WP Courseware and have installed it on my page. This first course is fairly comprehensive. I am about 60% through the training modules/lessons and it has 17 videos and so far, about 32k words.

I feel good about where I am at. The course has taken two weeks so far to put together and I figure another 2 weeks to finish. The first half is being proofread and edited as I go along and changes are made by an actual published author we know. Then I will be able to write content to promote the course, which in return will bring in affiliate revenue from WA as well as other affiliates.
