Wash all your negative energy away - A hot shower and your morning routine.

Do you still feel groggy when you have a shower straight away in the morning, showers you have straight away when you wake, compared to late showers?, A hot shower 3 hours after you wake (in daylight - it's harder to get a buzz in the morning under the night sky, sounds strange I know, I can sense the rhythms of night and day, but that's an entirely different blog) is very effective as it washes all your negative energy away for the morning, were all different, so whatever works best for you,

Hot water helps your mind, massage your head under water, let the shower run over your head for a couple of minutes, this will help you wake up and is an effective tool to help you stay motivated!

A useful tip, exercise first on an empty stomach, (this is good for hgh production), have a late shower then have a protein rich breakfast, ( it's best to eat after a shower as it aids digestion and you will feel much better for it) I enjoy scrambled egg for breakfast and the occasional fry up, protein in the morning is good for you it helps you wake up, it's enjoyable and healthy.
