SEO problems

Hi All,
I am hoping that someone will be able to clear up this strange issue I am seeing on www.statscrop.com.
I have recently started on my first website and went on to the above website to gather some info, I was told my website has a SEO ranking of 61.1%, not sure what that actually means but i then clicked on the "how to optimize" link and the top paragraph informed me that naturalhealthranger.com and www.naturalhealthranger.com have identical pages. See link below:

Anyone know why my website is being picked up as 2 sites ?

Thanks Jeffrey, nice little video. I will try using a 301 redirect on godaddy.com and see if this resolves the issue.
