Click on your profile pic > Account Setting. You can edit your username in the General Setting.
On your WA profile page, under your profile pic, there is a + sign you can click to change your picture.

You can click the right hand picture, where it says ADD Picture, upload the one you want, then it will allow you to set that as your profile picture!

The webinars occur at 8 p.m. EDT - so adjust for whever you are. You didn't say, so I can't figure it out for you.
If you are from Europe, Berlin time, it is at 02:00 in the night. Hard for me to stay awake and most of the times I miss out....
