Cocoa Vino behind us!

As I try to catch up after my Internet fiasco, I had to prepare and host an event called Cocoa Vino.

As the name indicates, this is an event about chocolate and wine. It is an annual event, and at my winery I feature 'single source' chocolates. These are chocolates that are made from a single area or forrest. In my example, I had Columbia, Madagascar, Venezuela and Peru.

I lay each on a table for customers to taste.

I had to share this photo of my dog, Timber, an Australian Shepherd that is excessively food motivated - but she is obedient. So here she is watching the chocolates - hoping some would jump off the table into her mouth, or one of my customers might drop a piece while they were tasting. She sat there for at least 10 minutes. Fortunately, she was not able to taste these delicious chocolates - (as we know chocolates are bad for dogs!)

Of course, I rewarded her with a dog freindly treat for being so patient.
