I found my own solution using WordPress popup and mail poet.

Hi Carl, You need to learn more about SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Jay is the best person to teach you about this. Click on 'Live Video Classes' in the left-hand column and check out some of Jay's videos. Get the free traffic and some sales before you start paid advertising. Good luck.

I am thinking of running a post targeting annual subscription but I can't find any way to direct a lead.

Thanks but I think you misunderstood my enquiry.
If you have a free account and decide to upgrade to premium, the upgrade link takes you to a payment area. That payment page only offers the monthly subscription.
My question is how to select the annual subscription? I have lost all record of how to do it.

Members decide on their own if they want to pay monthly or yearly. Every member also needs to pay 19$ for the first month and then they can decide how they want to continue.

It's still confusing, though, because I myself joined directly from FREE, to annual, but sadly I don't recall the process and don't think I paid $19 then paid an annual fee on top.
I guess I will just concentrate on getting some traffic 'cos 'I don't got none' and it's starting the really scare me. I wish I had a mentor...
This is another selling point I think...I bought into WA direct to I have no mentor...that's something I will push in my future posts .

I have recently seen that my SI CAPTCHA Anti -Spam is misbehaving. The captcha image and text area are overlapping to nobody can see the capture. I can't
I had Si Captia and it worked fine. I did not see any use for it as wp spam shield takes care of the problem. It is one more hoop visitors have to jump through to leave a comment.

I was thinking that the captcha was a bit naff. I don't think I would leave a comment if I needed to fill in this data.
So anyway I installed wp spam and uninstalled all the rubbish I had.
Feeling better about everything.

The only thing I notice is that my response to comments is above the comment and sometimes a reply goes below another reply. If that is what you mean then yes I have that but I have not done anything about it yet.
I would be interested if that is what you mean and if you get a response from wordpress.com.

I managed to resolve it. I used an additional plug-in that hides the website URL field in the comments. It works okay now. It was only that text entry field that was misaligned.

This may sound like a silly question but I have found that replies can be sporadic. I am guessing that most members are in the USA or Canada so there is the obvious time differ
I really do not think it makes a difference, over the period of a day you will get access globally anyway. If you need instant feedback on a question, I would maybe consider the chat, there seems to be a constant stream of people that participate....Best of luck! Dave : )
