Sweet! My traffic is going up.
Hi folks.
I have been building my bootcamp site for almost 2 years now. There was a time I was doing 4 posts a week and guess what. I was getting very little traffic. That was frustrating and I came really close to giving up.
Anyway I decided to take a break and go through all my old posts, creating more internal links, correcting grammatical errors and creating better compelling call to action. Generally sticking to Jays 7 steps to ranking. I have 134 posts on my blog at the moment so that took me a while. I also realized that I had a lot of broken links since I had moved my site to a new domain almost a year ago.
When I finished my clean up, I did a fetch as Google and within a couple of days I went form getting 10-15 clicks a month to over a hundred!
That is awesome and I am really psyched up!
If you have been writing consistently and you are and you are still not getting much traffic, I would suggest doing a clean up of your old posts.
To your success!

Wow Leonard. That is amazing, and very helpful indeed.
I'm struggling with traffic to my 2+ year old affiliate marketing website. Like you had, I have many posts that need attention.
I am so pleased for you. And thanks for sharing, I will follow in your footsteps :)
Thanks. Go to Google search console. You must first create a sitemap. There are plenty of resources within this platform on how to go about that. Just type sitemap or google search console within the search bar at the top.

Excellent information. I see so many people who skip paying attention to grammar and spelling in their quest to complete a post or hit their word count. Then they wonder why things aren't clicking. Everyone should read this!
Thanks Jeannine. Its always good to be thorough with the new and old.
