Respect ,The One Word To Change The World!!!
Wouldn't It be a Great World If we all Decided to pick a day ,any day
to give each and every person Respect .
Stop and think when was the last time you heard or seen respect .
When I was a young person everyone gave up a seat on the bus for the elderly .
Or people would go out of there way to hold a door open for you without knowing you.
Respect is the one word I think would change the world over night.
There would be no concern what color or area you live, or even you have
education or what type of job you had.
Just to hear Thank you, No Sir, Excuse me, May I help you, Please, coming out of
the mouth of every single person alive, would make everyone stop and rethink what
has happen to our world!!
Ask yourself this Question
Would things have been different if respect was given to everyone, every day, Would
we have less hate groups ,less people in our prisons, marriages lasting longer,
less wars in the world.
We will never know!!!

Well said....I think it starts with one person and flows on. I myself strive everyday to treat everyone I come in contact with respect & I believe that it does make a difference, because it makes a difference to me :)

This is very true. I do see respect here and there from the few people who were raised to be respectful. But I believe those people are fewer and farther between these days. That's largely why I'm so thankful to have found WA. I can't think of one person... we maybe one (me) who has been the least bit disrespectful. Everyone I have corresponded with has been so kind and generous. I guess the disrespectful people just aren't interacting. All the better. I wish them all the best anyway.
