Getting Started

Looks like I'm failing to get it right. Was trying to add menus to my website but I failed. I successfully logged into the backoffice of my website and went to menus under app

You were in the right place with Appearance and Menu to make the changes you wanted and I can see you already have a website indexed on Google so understand the process for your website.

I suggest go back to your hub - Phase 2 training - Branding & Content and Lesson 10 will take you step-by-step how to change or update menus.

Good Luck!

I think the best thing for you to do is create your HUB, if you have not already done so and just do lots of training.

Thats what I did when I first started!

When you watch the training first without creating a website you will understand better about how to create a website.

Brian

Hi Christopher! Maybe this post from Eric will help.

Hi Howard! Thanks for the help.
I watched the video and followed the directions. I managed to create the categories and put the posts that I have so far under those categories. However, the site appearance from a viewer's side is not showing the new categories that I put on the site. Did I miss something perhaps?

Did you save the menu changes after making them. I have done that and wondered why my changes did not take.

As far as I can recall, I saved, yes.

Can you share your website to see what I can see that's showing up?
