The First Milestone: The First Step
I've only signed up yesterday, but boy it's been an exciting couple of hours! One of my favorite Dutch songs starts with 'You seldom seek what you find' and I guess that's true for finding WA as well. I didn't know it was out there, but upon finding it I knew it was what I was looking for. It provides the tools and (overwhelming!) support that I was looking for, and shows me a path I can walk to reach my goals.
In about 4 months I'll leave everything behind for the second time in my life to start travelling again, and I'm really curious how much I can achieve between now and then. I don't expect any golden mountains, but if I have a solid platform by then from which I can further build my idea's while on the road I'd be really happy. Time will tell and it really excites my that I know nothing of the world I'm about to enter. For now, all I can do is embrace my first milestone, my first step on the WA-road!
