Best Affiliate Programs You've Found?

I'm curious about what affiliate programs others have discovered and loved! Are they for a select niche or have they worked for you across a myriad of topics?

I am finding Amazon Affiliates to be beneficial for me with regards to different sites I have for:

• horse related educational resources
• two different self published books / series
• my latest creation through WA, which is book review focused

I love that I can create one account and list many sites! For this reason, I also enjoy Google Adsense but do recognise a barrier in needing to have a .com to be able to utilise this consistently over my sites.

So please share, what affiliate programs do you enjoy using and are they specific to your niche or able to be used across many different niches?
