My first blog and progress of my site.
Well I have gotten a pretty good handle on the majority of my site and how I want it set up. I am still running into some hiccups with understanding how to make the site user friendly but they are more of the fine tuning things like setting up a newsletter, popups, and so on. I have set everything up with google + and FB. I have contacted as many people within my field as I can and have gotten a few responses back. I got my first positive comment on an article I wrote which felt awesome! With that being said I am still not getting very much activity on my site so I'll admit I am frustrated, but I'm also impatient so I will get over it. I am hoping to see activity and active subscriptions to my site within the next couple months.
So if anyone can check out my site and give me advice on structure, layout, useful plugins and so on I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

Hang in there and do not rush it. I promise you are doing quite fine and will get better day by day. Keep moving up your ranking and eventually you will see traffic. But next step would be to engage them by your content.. so it goes on and on
