My first blog!
Everything is on my mind at this point. The primary thing on my mind though is my family. All I do is for them. I want to have security and financial freedom so I can end my day of work and enjoy time with them instead of with all those voices in my head reminding me of empty bank accounts and needing to find more ways to make an extra buck to survive. I am really willing to give this thing a shot with the expectation that it may take a lot longer than a month or two. Can I create a business online? Can I create recurring income that could help support us while I go through school? Can I create extra income that can pay off credit cards and school loans? I have every intention of making it happen, but there is always that little bit of doubt. There is still so much information to learn, but now I have it all with this premium membership and I really feel I will get my money's worth. I am grateful to have already communicated with such helpful and encouraging people, and I look forward to creating friendships as well as professional relationships that will assist me on my path to success. Thank you Kathy! I have been so impressed already with the amount of info available. I will definitely have questions so it's good to know there is so much support. What was one of your first AHA! moments with starting a website. Or I guess I could say what was your biggest challenge starting out?
I had designed and maintained websites before I came here, but knew nothing about online business, I had to look up what the word "affiliate" meant!
So the biggest challenge for me hasn't been building websites, but understanding how an online business works, there are so many facets.

The questions you ask are all valid and need to be asked in your position. The rest of the above blog post you have answered the questions!
With work, and discipline in getting through the courses and applying what you learn to real web-sites and activity to establish your own online business, I think you will be successful.
I am new to this online marketing business, but I have successfully been involved in a number of more traditional (OK I am getting old, this online stuff has been around for a while, I just did not pay much attention to it!) businesses.
The same principles apply here as with a bricks and mortar or say a store business. If you apply yourself, over time you will be providing as well if not better than a 9-5 job could I think!
I wish you well in your journey, if you have questions, you know everyone here is ready to jump in! hang in there and give it a real shot...Meaning spend the time and effort to learn all the ins and outs, apply them, and over time, build your status as an authority.
The leads and conversions from that process above will validate that you made the right decision to invest in yourself...It is always nice to be able to say "I built this" plus your family will appreciate and learn too!
